Bradford-White power core


Had to replace my Power-Core today. I noticed that the PRV was leaking. Thought it might have been a bad exp tank, but that was not the case.

The coil developed a leak and over pressurized the boiler.

A new Phase III Smart-40 is in it's place.

The part he left out

was that I found the leak. I thought about the bonus misery I could have caused by "forgetting to tell him", but I took mercy on him. He would have been up talking about fumes and the call would have came in. But thats what you get for using the cheap skate tank.
