Mounting expansion tanks

A good while back someone posted a picture of a ring or clamp mounting an expansion tank to a wall, which looked very secure.

Can anyone tell me what that was and/or where I might find it for sale? The search function didn't turn it up.

This is for residential potable water and a #30, neither of which can be hung from the piping.

Thanks for any help.

    Clamp for expansion tank

Me too! I've been looking for the same thing, except for the hydronic side, not potable water.

    unistrut clamp

I use a 10" ips unistrut clamp to hold my #30's &(#12's for potable) up to the wall. cut a piece of unistrut 18" long and attach the tank, very simple and secure.

Here are some pictures of the last boiler room set up we did. We pre-fab all our systems in the shop. There will be more pictures of the finished install after I get back from ISH.

Large riser clamp halves work well for this stuff too.
