Book Suggestion for Gravity hot-water
Albany Chris
Member Posts: 39
I am a landlord of a number of buildings with gravity hot-water heating systems from 1900-1940 in Albany NY. I tend to do most of the work in rehabbing and maintaining these buildings, but I am fairly uneducated in the heating systems. There seems to be some great books on steam heat here, but what would everyone recommend for troubleshooting & maintaining hot-water systems?
Thanks!
Thanks!

How Come?
By Dan and available here.
While it's not exclusively about gravity systems, it gives you the background.
For more info, look in used book stores, junk shops, ebay, Barnes & Noble website etc. for old texts. The books by Starbuck (believe it's R. M. Starbuck) are very good and fairly abundant.0
