I'm a homeowner in Pasadena, CA. with a refrigerator part problem and I don't know where to go for help. 4 years ago I bought this fancy and expensive German refrigerator named Muller and now it doesn't work. The store is trying to help but the manufacturer and New York importer says it's out of warranty and they have no parts. The go-fer from the store says the thermostat is the problem, but we and the store are having trouble finding a source for the replacement. I have clear pictures of the part for identification. The name on front of the refrigerator is Muller, the model number is CP-147 JW, the inside sticker says "Felix Storch, Inc" and the New York company that is absolutely no help is Summit Appliance, Bronx, NY.
