Watts S/N date code question

I have a Watts 1450F combination feed & relief valve. The homeowner had the boiler installed in 2001, and said that she thought the F&R was replaced at that time. (I did not do the boiler install).

The guy did not use the factory furnished pressure relief that normally comes with the Peerless that he installed. I think he took the new relief valve and re-used the old F&R combo that was on the old boiler. The F&R combo is really corroded and it is now leaking. It looks a lot older than 2001.

Could anyone confirm if I am reading the date code correctly? It is a Watts 1450F, S/N 9002C. I think it is a 1990 date code but I am not sure.

If I remember right...

9002 would be the second week of 1990. That's how they used to date their T&Ps.
