PVC drainage pipe in NY

Does anyone know if the NY law prohibiting PVC drainage pipe in commercial buildings was extended? I think the extension was passed but do not know if the Governor signed it.

    plastic make believe pipe

    no notification to date. but with bloomberg at the helm anything is possible. he wants to scrap the entire nyc code and go with the national code. a major blunder.the building dept. is a mess as it is.

    I don't belive plastic is allowed anywhere in the city, especially in a commercial aplication, and for good reason too....Robert O'Connor/NJ
