steam w/ 2 hydronic loops, needs indirect and radiant loop inst

steam boiler w/ unused coil,has 2 hydronic loops w/ circulators. customer had a side arm connected to coil until it cracked, now has electric. also there is a radiant loop that has never been connected. what would be the best way to tie in the radiant loop and add an indirect (or another side arm). I appreciate any and all responces, thanks

    I'd be worried

    if you had enough BTU's to drive 3 high temp loops(1 an indirect) and a low temp loop plus keep the steam up. Maybe a good time to look at a seperate unit to drive the hot water needs. I guess you need oil fired since the water tank is electric? What about a Combo WH and heat exchanger from Bradford White or Triangle Tube. Both have oil-fired and gas units.

    I am a little worried. I would like to use the boiler just to keep it in use all year. I may have to do as you suggest and use a seperate source. Do you know if there is a side arm available? The customer really liked his old one, and that was connected to the coil. thanks again

    therma-flow who bought everhot still make side arm heaters. i think they are located in waltham mass.
