Looking for an alarm like a light to go on in a window for a summer house when the temp drops because of a no heat situation.Of course a neighbor would see it and call me.Local supply houses don't have any.Any ideas?

Freeze Stat.
Hi Mike,
That is not to hard to make up, The item is called a freeze stat
(low limit cut out). They have contacts for N.O. and N.C. wire it
up to a indicator light on the N.O. conacts. They have a temperature set point adjustment down to 35'F. Look for the item
at Grainger,Johnstone, any HVAC supplier should have it.
