Buderus R2107

Hey guys! I am currently finishing up a job where I have an oil fired buderus with an indirect fired water heater.
We have installed a Buderus R2107 Logimatic reset control. And we have an Argo AZV246P controlling 5 baseboard zones with Taco vales hooked to that. I also have a small radiant zone which is controlled with a Honeywell R845A relay.
I am having a problem trying to tie everything together. I called Buderus but the tech kind of confused me! I asked him for a schematic and he said they dont do that?????
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No Schematics?
I'm a little surprised you can't get a schematic. Have you called the corporate offices and asked for tech help? When doing radiant and high temp out of the R2107, you'll need the mixing valve card to get 2 temps. I often use the Wirsbo (Belimo) 3 way setup for the radiant, and the high temp pump for the B/B zone valves. Use a pressure bypass valve on the high-temp pump.

Schematic?
Although we certainly dont have every possible combination; i am convinced we can help you wire this all together. I remember sending out a diagram for a zone valve application.0 -

The 2107 instructions have a schematic for different wiring desings. One must be close enough for you then Buderus can take you the rest of the way.

Jamie,
I spoke to you on the phone and when I realized after a quite a few minutes, you where driving your truck, not looking at diagrams, not on site or writing down what we where discussing. YES, I got fustrated, and suggested you call me from the site and I would assist you.
While I don't expect people to know how to wire everything, having a wiring diagram, the control (Buderus or otherwise), knowledge of the control (Buderus or otherwise),or being at the site, is expected before getting fustrated with me.
I would be more than happy to assist you when we can comunicate with information available on both sides.
Thanks,
Joe0 -
Joe,
I did not by any means try to ruffle your feathers; from the above post you seem a little hostile. I am sure it must be quite frustrating dealing with guys asking questions all day.
But, Buderus and its logimatic are not the only boiler and control I deal with daily. In just the last two weeks I have had to wire a Munchkin 80 with a Vision card and multiply high and low temperature zones. A Peerless MI04 with a Tekmar 260 control and 3 separate zone valve high temperature loops, and four Peerless 6308 with a Tekmar 268 & two NIX SP-81D.
I have dealt with Buderus on many other of my own and other peoples jobs and have called asking for schematics before with no problem. I am sorry I was not on location to discuss the job at hand but I thought having all the information available would be more then enough. I am extremely busy right now (Thank God) and have many jobs and employees to worry about. Therefore, I can not always stay on location to ask questions.
I hope there are no hard feelings,

Wiring
Dear Jamie,
IF you have an opportunity to go to Buderus.net click on the Logamatic control and then click on the R2107. When that page comes up you will see a chose called, wiring/applications Manual. Try that for some more diagrams.
Please email me you address and I will get a hard copy sent out to for future Buderus R2107 installations.

Wiring diagram
Jamie, I spoke with you Monday afternoon and faxed the diagram shortly after 5pm.
Glad we could help and let us know if we can assist in the future.
Thanks for using Buderus products!0
