glue linoleum to gyp-crete: problems ahead?

I am figuring a nice home with gyp-crete. The lady of the house asked me if they change linoleum years from now, will it "pull up" the gyp-crete. I told here I din't know...but I knew who to ask! So what do you say guys? I admit I don't have ANY gyp-crete jobs under my belt yet. I have one pending, and this one looks promising. Any advice on this topic for a first timer would be very helpful.
