what's the best way to pipe a cast iron baseboard radiator with a one pipe steam system? If i have the accessibility can i pipe in a second pipe as a return with an angle steam trap?

Don't use a trap

use a water seal on the return and a vent on the baseboard, as shown in "The Lost Art of Steam Heating".
