multiple steam main air vent plumbing

I have a section of my apt. building that is farthest from my boiler and I want to put multiple air vents on the steam main. First, what air vents do you recommend- Hoffman or Gorton or another- this is a 5 story building- and the boiler sits in the back of the building next door. The steam takes a long time to get to the front of the next building (which has no boiler) and then up to the 5th floor. Second, how do I size the pipes(pipe diameters and lengths of all nipples, tees and elbows) that make up this "tree" of air vents side by side on the steam main. I want to make sure my plumber does it right.
