Water leaks from the air vent at the end of a run for my upstairs heating system. I have replaced the air vent to no avail. It still leaks and I must keep a pan underneath the valve to prevent damage to the floor. Please help!

Does it have two pipes connected to it, a supply and a return?
How mutch pitch does it have twoard the end the water drains from?
