Boiler feed pump

I'm involved in a project where I replaced a condensate pump with a boiler feed pump and created a water seal in the return piping. There are three main condensate return lines coming into the boiler room. Will air vents will have to be installed above the water seal level in these condensate return lines to allow air to vent from the system? Thanks.

Probably
unless the air has some other way of getting out. If your system has F&T traps, install the vents after the F&Ts but above the water seal level, so they will also act as vacuum breakers.
