circulator

I am looking for a circulator I can add to two boiler's with the lowest flow rate possible? I basicly just need it to activate on a call for heat and start the flow out of one of two staged boilers. Each boiler will have a small circ on it and I want to make sure it's small enough that the zone circ's wont bypass the flow check with the boiler circ on.....:)

small circ
Not sure exactly what you're trying to do, or what your capacities or flow requirements are, but Grundfos makes a small circ that is a three speed unit. It may be what you're looking for.

try to explain
I have two staged boiler's both with circulator's that feed to a loop. From the loop I have 14 circulator's feeding the building. Problem I have is using 007 circ to feed the loop, if only one zone is calling it forces the flow check's on the grundfos to open. I just need to move the water out of the boiler running not the boiler on standby. Hope this makes sense...0 -
Primary/Secondary
If you piped it primary secondary you will not have a problem pushing open your zone checks, but you will then need a primary loop pump.
