Just a follow up to the situation you encountered last week with the Series 8 Flame Control Panel. I received numerous e-mails today from our Commercial Division as well as the Commercial Engineering Group about this. They are currently making sure that this does not happen again and that the jumper will be removed or snipped before the control leaves the factory. Once again thanks for the heads up and on behalf of Burnham, I want to apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you went through. I just wanted you to know that your comments did not fall on deaf ears. Thanks again.
