Direct Question for HTP re Munchkin Problems in the field

What procedure does HTP have in place to deal with problems that arise with newly installed Munchkins?

Is there a specific written policy?

Is there a direct contact person to call?

Is the installation company ever reimbursed when a product does not work properly right out of the box?

    Terry, I installed my first Munchkin and it did not work. The guys at HTP worked with me and they were great. They "held my hand" through every known sequence possible. This went on for 4 days and 5 nights {IL November}. On the 5th day they said "Replace the boiler.". Luckily my supplier had one. It was already sold for another job but, I used it anyway. I was reimbursed for the boiler but I never got anything for time spent. I really like these boilers and will keep using them. I figure I am on my own for any support thogh. I get them from an outfit in Wis. and think they should be the ones doing the warranty work. I also wish I could find out what happened to that first Munchkin. I have put in 5 more with no problems and I have at least 5 more after that. Good luck!!
