    I did see that post. I think it is just differing opinion's. I agree with some of what was written and disagree with some. I believe a true proffessional will have a nice neat resume and will maintain it over time. Even someone new in the field should have one.. I do believe it is not the years that someone has spent in the field but the amount of love that someone has for what they are doing!! With that said, have a nice day..:)
