Check-Trol Flange

Has anyone used the B&G Check-Trol flanges? They look like a nice product to solve a few problems at once. I want to install a couple in a boiler replacement job next week and I'm looking for input as to how they are working out. Also, where can you get them in the Hudson, Bergen or Essex County area of New Jersey.
