Munchkin flaky connector

This morning my new Munchkin, not yet called upon to provide heat, is showing error message "High limit exceeded". Obviously this is nonsense, and the manual's suggestions ("Replace thermistor"(!!)) were not helpful. I soon found that the X4 connector on the control board is wobbly (the others are OK). I can reseat it so it works, but just touching any of the cables can easily create a fault condition again (the exact fault varies). I cannot push the connector down in such a way that it becomes stable.
I am wondering if this is a known problem and if there is a known fix short of demanding that the connector or control board be replaced.
Just a couple of days ago I got an error saying the pressure switch had tripped. Since my dial shows 18psi, this was nonsense as well. Hitting the switch with a screwdriver handle (based on advice in another thread here) fixed it, but now I wonder if I just created enough vibration that the loose X4 connector moved back into place.
Can you imagine if a typical homeowner with few technical skills had any of these problems, which will shut the boiler down on a cold day? He'd insist on returning the Munchkin for a full refund.
Anyway, my question is, what can I do to stabilize the wobbly connector?

I had a Munchkin boiler last fall, the first one I installed, that had such an unknown problem that the manufactors service techs told me to replace the whole boiler. I did this and it has worked so far. My only concern is what the problem was. I was told that I would get reimbursed for some of my time and told what the problem was on the boiler. Well, neither has happened. I still install the Munchkin boilers because I like their eff. but I figure I'm on my own for service and support0 -

Munchkin
Guy,
Can you get me some relief on the 15 callback service tickets we have been holding for (some of them) over a year?0 -
He told me that is not his job. You have to call quality control. But don't bother, they don't return calls.0 -

Callbacks
John,
It might have stood a chance had you given us a call sometime after the second callback. We are here to help.

Munchkin
Guy,
This is not from one boiler! These are from many boilers!
In fact, my staff made "an executive decision" not to sell any more Munchkins for at least a year and see if their performance improves. I can't argue with them, and I put one in my own house! We'll see how that goes, it's only failed me once, so far. We are investigating the Vitodens.0
