    What is the age of the boiler? If it is an older boiler, check the library section here on Dan's site. Go to the Beacon Boiler Book.

    is it

    140,000 btu x 3.9gph= 546,000btuh if you use that nozzle. This is oil I guess..... 1 gallon #2 is around 140,000btu right. This should give a rough est.
