pressuretroll question

My new boilers (Burnham Ind. 4) came with the Honeywell L404a Pressuretroll. These units are subtractive and cut out at a low limit of 2PSI. the lowest differential setting is also 2 so it sems you need to set the cut out at aprox.
2 1/2 PSI and the Differential at 2 so the unit will cycle between 1/2 PSI and 2 1/2 PSI. I am more familiar with the PA404A which is addative and has a cut in of as low as 1/2PSI and a low differential of 1. With the PA404A the boiler cycles between a high of 1 1/2 PSI and a low of 1/2PSI. I like the lower pressure better and am going to switch these out. Am i crazy?

Crazy after all these years.
Go with the L408A Vaporstat and let it cycle between 8 and 16 oz.

Alan's right!
We get 'em for around $110.
Will probably save that in fuel in the first year!
