Teledyne Laars Endurance

On the whole, I've had success with them. They have a 2:1 turndown and an anti-condensing valve and are pretty much the 86% efficiency they advertise all the time.
On install, the SS concentric vent is a PITA, but better than the Heatmaker's. It does limit installation location if you want to use it, and I would. The HX and flameholder doesn't like airborne lint, chemicals, etc.
The problem I've had the most is the circuit board. The only other problem I've had was the flow switch for the DHW, and what a B#%*&h to change !!!
Get a "Field Service Kit" from Laars, it's worth having on hand.

Teledyne Laars Endurance
We some installs where the gas co. provides the boiler-
They just took on the Teledyne Laars Endurance brand as one of the "options". I really hate to change or take on a new line ( for repairs/service ), but what is the general opinion on this? We do mostly Viessmann, Buderus, Munchkin, and some basic American stuff now. Please give me some opinions!
