Have some pictures for your fun and enjoyment. Client is actually a friend of a friend. Plumber installed a radiant system about ten years ago. No primary-secondary, No mixing, nothing. Lovely!

The best part? This system had "regular maintenance" from another plumber for the last decade who never noticed the boiler was rusting away, apparently.

    Warning, pictures are big, long downloads. I guess our contractor in that area will have a nice time replacing that boiler and repiping the whole shebang... Don't even get me started on this supertight home's complete lack of ventilation and the mold issues elsewhere....
