Sorry dirty basement but this boiler went in like a glove. The old end cone finaly went on the old burner. Come to find out they don't make them anymore. Glad we changed this the coil was paper thin and it drank alot of oil over the years. They are going to love having basement heat on its own zone. It didn't work before because it was tied to the end of the first floor loop. The water was to cool. Have done some that look better but this one looked great at the shop. (I don't know what happened) HA HA...

    Excellent

Neat before and after. The Owners ought to be very pleased!

Is that an Amtrol H-Bomb (Boiler Mate) hiding on the left of the photo? And is it hooked up? Nice to match all in blue by the way.

We like this tank very much for it fast recovery. The piping off the top is easy to install and service. I think the recovery is better than the other tanks buderus has at that size. The best thing is that most of what you see is put together at the shop. We place the boiler and tank and they support the whole supply setup. You can have a helper make the setup perfect and level at the shop. With the adjustible legs to take up any problems at the job ( most of the time). This makes for an easy day. The tempering valves don't say in the info to add a heat trap for this install.I know other ones do. Thanks for the reply.
