What exactly is near boiler pipeping?

piping in the boiler room that are part of
the main heat generation/distribution, generaly, such pipes near then boiler, where a small change in them, can effect a big change in the whole house, as opposed to risers, and across the basement headers, runs to/from floors and remote manifolds - those would be conciderd TRANSFER piping - and the radiators/baseboards/coils-etc are called TERMINATION, or Terminals (in teknmar lingo) or just plain RADIATION0
