We have been on this one for a little over a year. We will have another 1-1/2 to 2 years to go. This is how it looked last September.

Boilers
We went back last week to set the boilers - four Thermal Solutions modulating gas boilers - 500k BTU/each. We will be piping this boiler room for the next several weeks.

Boilers
Hi Paul,
The original boilers specified were four Hydro-Pulse boilers. I managed to get the specs changed to four Vitodens with a cascade control. Then they added 12,000 square feet of snowmelt.
I suggested a Vertomat with a modulating burner but the specs required redundancy and their was insufficient room for two Vertomats. I have used the Thermal Solutions before with good results. While they are non-condensing, they still operate at 87% AFUE. -DF
