Go Tankless or Add 2nd Heating System?

Any help out there would greatly be appreciated...
I'm currently replacing a Utica Steam Boiler that just made it thru the spring. This summer we have added a two-floor addition to our 1920's house. The question is:
Do I get a bigger steam boiler (Weil-McLain to reconnect into the old) and add a tankless for the addition (add new baseboard) or replacement boiler and go with second hot water system (Peerless Pinnacle Stainless mini).
Thanks in advance.

addition heat
Why not go steam in the addition. It seems odd to me to have two different systems in one structure. Talk with the owner about their preferences and budget and make the entire system the same, whether steam or hot water. It will simplify controls, installation, comfort and your estimating, to say the least. Take a good look at the entire structure and existing system and do what is best for the building and the customer.
