Only one way to find out....run it. It's true that the installation is not to normal piping standards, but stranger things have happened. Most likely it won't work properly, but how far away are the rads from the main, are runouts pitched properly, and is the system sized properly?
I've seen this before, and I'm sure the flow is compromized due to conditions, but....

Just took over a heating job that was done over the summer where the guy seems to have installed everything correctly apart from the fact that he butted the two tees (a regular one and the monoflo one as he is feeding up to the rads) right up against each other. I believe the correct way to install the tees is to have at least a 6" gap between them. Does this system have a chance of working? Eb0
