fake
If you read the text it seems that it was probably staged. The english is sort of british english as learned by a non native speaker, definately not somone from Indiana as is claimed and the regulations and penalties don't really fit with the US system.

Osha pinup
I am sure that could make OSHA's pinup list. You would hope it is fake as it seems to me that would be a scary situation to work within. Although come to think of it when I was selling satellite info systems, I stood on many a pallet on a fork lift to help install the dish.0 -

I am not afraid of height's by any stretch...BUT not in a million year's. Wish I had a camera last week, saw a painter with a 40ft ladder up and a 10 ft ladder tied onto it at the top. He said "do it all the time!"0 -

I love this stuff
why can't I be at these places (with my camera) when these things are going on?
Larry (from OSHA)0 -
I saw several people piled on the back of a bobcat a couple years ago trying to keep it from tiping over because the load they were trying to lift with the bucket was too heavy for it. Not sure what they were thinking that made them think it was a good idea to be in its path when it tipped over.
