combo hydronic contollers

I am in the process of installing a heating system with three zones.
1-radiant floor with mixing valve and circulator.
2-hydronic unit heater 33,000btu/hr
3-baseboard.

I am considering a couple options:

1-primary/secondary piping using circulators for all zones, closely spaced tees and controlling with the Taco SR-504

2-Zone valves for the two hot water zones and ciculator for mixed zone. Header type piping with boiler manual bypass.

Looking for input on pros and cons and any other options.
Also what is the best way to control a system that uses zone valves and circulators? Is there an out of the box controller that will do this?
thanks

    Circulators

Stick with the circulators. At least you will know the flow through all of the zones at any given time. Try a setback controller. Its worth the money. Buderus offers a nice unit.
