Massachusetts will soon allow the installation of "ventless" heating units, wondering what the wallies think of these units, do you install them? would you ?. 99.9% eff sounds pretty clean.think I heard 35 other states allow them.

IMHO
Gas companies of course love them. Most states are now allowing them. My thought's on it are for the most part pretty simple, there are two thing's in that room breathing, you and it. If it mess's up and burn's up all the oxygen in the room it's light goes out, along with your's...It can be relit, you can't!!!!0 -
Ventless Gas Heaters
Geo,
See the posts from 8/27/04, "Ventless Gas Stoves". Many posted theit thoughts on ventless gas equipment in general.
I liked the perspective that someone posted. "There great, if you like living inside a chimney". That says it all.
Check it out
