I'm trying to integrate a CAS-4 w' a CAC-24 for two 24v fgas furnaces. They both have Honneywell 'Smartvalve'
gas valves. Schematic is confusing because there is a constant 24v to the gas valve. Any suggestions?

Ernie there is also an
interrupted 24 volts to SmartValve that goes thru the safeties. Wire the end switch into that circuit. Are these furnaces "twinned up" and if so do they have an Electronic Fan Timer or an Integrated control. If you give me some numbers I may be able to put a wiring diagram together. Also is there one thermostat bringing in the two furnaces?0 -
Yes
We ended up interrupting the pressure switch, so when that makes the CAS makes. I was a little confused because everyone I've done interlocked B/4 the gas valve and CAS would pull in B/4 the fan assist would start. Thank you for the E-mail, didn't get it till I got home, (posted from the HO computer).0
