Looking for Baseboard.....

I may be need some baseboard for apartments that will allow a 1 inch line to run through with the 3/4 inch element to be controled room by room with TRV's. Probably will be using divertor tees or a valve to provide pressure drop through the 1 inch line to push some water through the elements when the TRV calls for heat. Haven't had any luck finding any yet. A heavier gage model (like most of the high capacity models) would probably be best.
