Radiant Floor Heat transmission Plates

in THE MAIN WALL
I have been told that there is a new transmission plate that allows you to install the plate first and then snap the tubing into this plate. This plate holds 2 tubes 8" o.c. My supply house has not been able to find this product. Please reply if you know who manufacturer's this product, or what distributor stocks this item. As always, thanks for your help.

    they have a single groove 1/2" X 4' long called joist trak
