I have found a product made by Sterling.....
Has anybody used these and what kind of results did you get???
Also are there other products out there for suspended ceiling applications, beside the Sterling product???

    Suspended radiant panels

Yes, I've used/specified these quite a bit, primarily for radiant heating applications as well as a few radiant heating/cooling panels systems. Check out the Twa panels website or do a Google search for "radiant ceiling panels" and see what you get. Radiant systems results: it's all about surface area vs surface temperature, the more surface area you've got, the less extreme radiant surface temps you need to get effective "capacity". The drawback of suspended radiant panels is their cost- they work fine for radiant heating since you can use very high surface temps (up to 200F) and get up to 350 Btuh/sf of panel for output so as to minimize the amount you need (and hence cost), but if you want to do radiant cooling, then you need large surface areas to be able to keep the "above dewpoint" cooling surface temps you need and that will blow the cost. I've used them for 2nd. stage supplemental cooling at perimeter offices to add a bit of sensible radiant cooling during peak conditions. You don't get much capacity for cooling, maybe up to 30 Btuh/sf on a good day at 64F water temperature, but sometimes it's enough to maintain comfort in small spaces.
