OK, I'm as concerned about carbon monoxide as anyone (maybe even Mark Hunt), there has been a lot of really thought provoking discussion, but lest we forget, this is what's coming. I just wanted to interject something a little different. (checked your snow tires yet?)

cause people don't usually open their windows in winter!
