O.K.,

Here's the deal, come Friday I am going to abandon this project, the Radiant Groover. Its not such a bad project. A little work, some tender loving care and it could turn into something valuable. I would rather see someone else take my project for free and turn it into something good then to just totaly drop it. I can't afford two projects at once.

My other project is going to save the world billions of dollars in fuel bills by using all of the wallies valuable skills. It will take all I got and saving energy is more important.

Hey John...

Is it a provisional patent? What is the status? I hate to see something become public domain if you've put a lot of work into it.

If you've only disclosed it to the USPTO, why not keep it confidential until you can afford the rest of the project?

Public Discloser...................................

The statis is on May 5 2003 I filed the PPA. I showed the project at REX in Sacramento. On May 5 2004, I filed the RPA. Wrote it myself. On July 12, 04, I recieved a "notice to file corrected application papers". The patent office wants formal drawings and amended claims. I made a public discloser at REX, I can't reverse that. I need to pay or I will lose it. It is around $600 to $900 for the drawings and I didn't even price out the claims, I was going to try and do it myself. With me a project is all or nothing. I can't just do it half ****. So if I spend $900 on drawings, that means next year I spend $1000 on mechanical drawings and $3000 to build a better prototype. I most likely won't stop till I am broke or successfull. With my last Project, the Autopurger, I ended up broke, so now I will just try giving things away for free. Its better then being broke.

Again I want to say that my HEF project that needs time and money, is very important to the world. I can't do two at once. saving the world is important!!

Radiant Groover.............

Bob,

It is a machine that cuts a groove into plywood from an upright position. Then you incert radiant tubing into the cut groove. I have a prototype that I have built and a video showing it in use.
