primary/secondary piping

We have a radiant project with 4 zones.all zones total apprx. 25,000 ft/ of pex. we want to install 3 dunkirk 200k 90+ boilers in a primary/secondary piping scheme,looking for a diagram on piping or recommendations where we can view the correct piping scheme. and a place to find the pump sizing for boilers and loops. each zone is different lengths,two are apprx. 5k one is 8k and last is 6500 apprx. A Tekmar boiler controller is going to be used. There will be no indirect w/h.Any other piping ideas are welcome.

    Primary/Secondary piping need help!

    need help on designing a primary/secondary piping scheme for (3) Dunkirk boilers 90+ for a radiant heat project, we want to pipe all 3 together and run 4 seperate zones, we have another thread on this posted 8/22 also, there will be no indirect hot water utilized.

    Was there a heatloss done and what kind of flow rates are you looking at?

    525k is the heat loss, flow rates are in the office, i can give those tomorrow, thanks for your reply. John

    We still need more info...

    How many loops for each zone, heat loss, max. individual loop length, etc... anything else you can think of.
    Here are some pics of a job I did last fall they might be worth more words than I could ever post here.
