They want to get rid of the oil, don't want a tank in the yard, and there's no gas service. Looked at the Burnham Carefree, but I want to set it on the floor. I have a load of 67,000 btu/hr.

Propane?
It's all a matter of cost of energy.
Around here electric is 20% more costly/BTU than propane.
About 45% more expensive than oil.
This is an extremely regionalized dynamic however.

Electric
Weil-McLain makes a nice one. We put a couple of them in at the maintenance shop for an electric company a couple years ago. They're real happy with them. I think they make models down to maybe 50 Mbh.
You might check with Argo too. They have some smaller models.0 -
Electro
Try the Electro "Mini-Boiler" with outdoor reset. 9Kw -27Kw
