Does anyone one know the proper cycle number per hour I should set t-stat, with radiant wood floors.
Both extruded plates (1st floor) used and suspended (2nd)
Also discovered Taco RMB unpowerd switch used for stats don't allow for digital stats.(makes sense now) I guess I can use a battery operated stat, or somehow wire the tstat to a relay and the RMB so I have a powered run to the digital stat, not sure how or I can use old faithful T87.
A T87 and suspended tube, hmmm ...
First floor stat is digital and goes thru switching relay just need to know proper cycles per hour to set 1 or 3
Thanks in advance.

I would start out with...
...15 to 20 minute cycles (3-4 cycles per hour).

Longest possible
I would select 1 cycle per hour. In an ideal application RFH should not cycle at all but reamin in a steady state. Setting the cycle has to do with anticipation/expectation and the system will still function if the setting is a bit off.
Also,Some controls have an auto cycle feature where the control "tunes" itself the the system.
