I am installing a six zone two pipe reverse return system and I want to know if I need a diff. pressure valve to be put in . The zone valves are on the supply so is the pump also anybody use the new B&G flange kits check included. I read an old thread about a pump controler has anyone used this approach? THANKS

My rule

is 5 or more zone valves install a properly sized and adjusted PAV. Depends too onn the pump used.

I like to see a ball valve on one side of a PAV to aid in power purging.

If the pump has zone valves downstream really no need for a check valve flange set.
