Flow

I currently have a UP 15-42F circ pump on a closed loop to coil 24' above the pump. System pressure is 30 psi and the required flow is 8 gpm. Supply pipe is 1. Looking at the performance charts it looks like I need a larger pump. Or with the 30 psi closed system does it make a difference?

System pressure makes no difference
The only pressure the pump sees is the difference between the suction and discharge. You need to figure out the pressure drop through the coil, piping, valves & fittings, and whatever else the water flows through, at 8 gpm.
Elevation and fill pressure are more or less irrelevant in a closed system, IF npsh is ok.
