forced hot water baseboard units replacement covers

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a 40 year old forced hot water baseboard system that's still in rasonable condition. However the covers over the fins are really rusty in the bathrooms. Any ideas where i can get replacemnt covers without having to change the complete heating element?
