How have you guys sealed foundation penetrations when using multiple small pex lines? We're doing a 16 loop snow melt, and I'm planing to drill four holes thru the poured foundation, two at the front and two at the side walls, 8 loops thru each, supply and return. What kind of waterproffing material have you guys used? I've read that tar is a no-no.

    I would sleeve the pex maybe with those plastic elbow sleeves that they sell. Then seal up your holes with whatever is correct , cement etc...
