We are looking for a used 10bhp Fulton vertical steam boiler. Would prefer a supplier or source in Western Canada but can ship from east as well - any ideas??

Are we safe in assuming this is a HP

boiler? Like, a dry cleaner's application?

If so, the generally accepted practice is to run 'em till they drop! Maintenance is virtually non-existence, they run in high chloride corrosive vapors with old "perc" embedded in the pores of the entire combustion path, and if it ever escaped a dry-cleaner's in any condition worth salvaging, it would be comensurate with possibly getting struck by lightning.

yep-

drycleaners conplete with perc. Customer blew out the combustion chamber and darn near cooked the boiler room. We found a 10hp fulton in Vernon B.C. It is a boiler that I replaced a few years back with a 20 hp. It was still sitting in the back of the drycleaners. Thanks -
