Danfoss Panel Install

Thought I would share this with you Wallies.
This project has 6 Danfoss Hydronic Panels installed.
It feeds two Fancoils, DHW Indirect heater, 2 zone area's of snowmelt, 4 zones radiant slab basement, 5 zones radiant stapleup on Main Floor and 4 zones radiant stapleup 2nd Floor. Hard wood thruout Main & 2ND Floor. Thermosats are Danfoss MTD's with floor sensors. Heatlink pex pipe and manifolds.
The BTU'S are provided by a Weil McLain Ultra 310 Condensing boiler.

Danfoss also produced a great control board with 6 relays to make the job of installation feasibility much greater as there are ten 24v transformers in various appliances that needed to be isolated. The Control board also allowed us to interlock the call for Fancoil cooling to shutdown the radiant floor warming. This way we would not have conflict loads.

The contractor was able to sell and install this project with minimal experience. This project was sold on the basis of the high quality Danfoss Product and the knowledge and experience that Danfoss can provide on each and every project.

I have attached two pictures for this project.

    Contractor recognizes panel opportunities

    My friend NRON
This particular contractor has installed Danfoss Panels in over 70 different projects. Most are not as extreme as this, however they have allowed him to reduce parasitic costs and see real profits. It's all about time!
