New Boiler needed

I currently have a Trianco heatmaker HW-M2-100 but have added another well insulated (R38/R19) 1600 sq feet and would like to upsize for expandability. It is propane driven. The Heatmaker was not a bad unit but it is now 11yrs old and I'm sure not as efficient. Last winter I had several issues and found it a nightmare to get parts for. Time for something better. You may want to

check out the Burnham Minuteman II boiler. It is pretty much a close fit replacement for what you have. If you have space limitations, which you probably do, it will fit in the same space. Heating and Domestic Hot Water in the same package. Hope this helps.
