I couldn't seem to access the discussion. This was the first time I've visited, but I'm not familiar with the setup - do I have to "log in"? Could someone go over the procedure to access discussions?

Over on OilTech Talk
we will be having a discussion in the gas discussion area on Basics of Gas Combustion. We will start very basic and then go from there. I do not expect to cover everything in one session obviously. I will try as time permits to do this as often as I can. Look forward to maybe seeing some Wallies over there.
I hope to get started as close to 7:30 PM as possible.0 -
Sorry none of you could make it
I would encourage you to go over to OTT and read a little of the discussion we had tonight. For those on this site who want education I will be over there every Monday night for FREE. Other wise following the advice of Robert Bean it will cost you $10,000 for my knowledge.0 -
Jim, you have to register
first. Go to www.oiltechtalk.com/discuss/index.php
Then after registering go down to "Talking Gas With Timmie McElwain," then click if you have a question.
Look forward to seeing you there.0 -
I strongly believe the ONLY website that rivals
this one is OTT.
Dead serious.
And McElwain? You ain't too shabby a "presence" over there either lad!
And, on Alan's site, a large .jpg file doesn't "bleed" the thread text outside the frame - either (:-o)

Ken I have to hang out

Hey some of you NEWBIES
you want some training, how about some that costs nothing but your time. Join me next week over at OTT at 7:30 PM for some Basic Fundamentals of Gas Combustion.0 -
Jim, I have included the link just below and I look forward to seeing having you join us. When you get to the first page you'll see a button at the top right hand corner of the page where you can register.
As you'll notice you do not need to register to use the discussion board.
However, registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as definable avatar images, private messaging, emailing to fellow users, usergroup subscription, etc. I hope you'll take advantage of the many features Oil Tech Talk has now made available to all our friends in the industry.
Also as you probably know, you'll only have to register once from that point on you should be able to just log on just by typing in your user name and pass word. You may create your own user name and pass word and you may change it at any time.
Enjoy the new features and thank you for continuing to be a part of Oil Tech Talk.

I spent the time Monday night with Tim and found the information valuable!! Even though he has started the training on a introductory level it is alway's good to go back and remember the basic's. If you think you know it all just stop in and prove it to him! I'll even be happy to watch..:) And Tim thank you for your time!!!0 -
