I find that several companies dont have access to there contact us site if your outside of the US the dont allow other postal codes or addresses outside of the US , is Canada a market that is to small for the US to consider ?

    Could it be regulatory?

    In other words, if the products are not aproved for sale in Canada, then there is no point in having the product literature sent there, right?

    On the other hand, you may also be experiencing sloppy programming. Many web-site use boiler-plate forms for data entry that check for consistency and many do not accept anything but US-style addresses because, you know, there is no one on the internet other than Americans, right? ;-)

    Lastly, let's not forget companies like Discover card that do not have a "country" field in their customer database! Makes getting your Discover card statement all the more interesting if you live abroad. Made me cancel my Discover card!
